Are you tech-savvy, solutions-driven, and ready to support a dynamic team in Qatar? We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing company.
🔧 Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Arabic speaking is a plus (not mandatory)
💼 Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software & network issues
- Install, configure & troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers & mobile devices
- Maintain and support internal systems and IT infrastructure
- Monitor data security, perform system backups & antivirus updates
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related procurement
- Document support tickets and solutions
- Support onboarding/offboarding and user access rights management
