Hiring Shipping Clerk

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create order in Oracle Transport Management. Track and trace all shipments.

Plan the sell & buy shipment.

Validate and check requirements.

Consolidate and coordinate the next day’s fleet allocation, customs clearance & weekly fleet allocation with the Land Transport team.

Update relevant information such as shipment events, Estimated Time of Arrival

Create, approve, and dispatch customer bill and supplier invoice.

Advance the payment collection from the customers

Requirements:

Experience with a freight forwarder

Fluent English with Arabic (preferred)

Candidate should be available in Qatar and with Valid Qatar ID only
