Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Strong experience in retail ERP systems, including POS LS Retail and Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, Business Central, 365).
Ability to write, modify, and optimize code for reports, forms, and business logic.
Solid knowledge of MS SQL Server (2012, 2016, 2019), SQL queries, and troubleshooting for performance optimization.
Experience with NAV Web Services for integrating external systems.
Skills in report customization and design using Classic Report Designer.
Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for advanced reporting.
Understanding of XML for data exchange within NAV.
Knowledge of data migration and integration between NAV and other systems.
Programming skills in VB.net, PHP, Java, etc., with familiarity in API integration.
Understanding of key business processes such as financial management, inventory, sales, and purchasing.
Strong skills in MS Excel, data management, and analytics.
Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting.
Added Advantage:
Proficiency in C/AL (Client/ Server Integrated Development Environment).
Experience with TFS or Git for managing NAV customizations and version control.
Knowledge in any BI tool, (QLIK or POWER BI)
Soft Skills Required:
Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand complex workflows and suggest improvements.
Strong Communication Skills: Engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and explain technical solutions clearly.
Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Documentation Skills: Ability to document customizations, workflows, and processes.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to resolve bugs and integration issues.
