Assistant IT Manager
We are hiring an Assistant IT Manager to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing retail ERP systems, especially with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, 365 and LS Retail, E-commerce development strategy, Magento, experience in app development. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to optimize business processes using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
ERP & E-commerce Systems Management:
Manage retail ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009, Business Central, and LS Retail.
Develop e-commerce strategies and oversee Magento-based platforms. Lead app development initiatives and optimize ERP-integrated processes. Utilize staging/intermediate tables to synchronize ERP databases with Magento.
Development and Operations Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team for software development, production, and implementation. Establish DevOps strategies with tools like GIT, TFS, and manage version control. Oversee cloud operations on AWS and MS Azure with security and hosting panel management.
Software Development & Integration:
Expertise in React, Angular, and API integration. Write, modify, and optimize code in VB.net, PHP, Java, and other languages. Manage integration using NAV Web Services and handle data migration between systems.
Database and Performance Optimization:
Advanced skills in MS SQL Server (2012, 2016, 2019), query optimization, and troubleshooting.
Analytics & Business Intelligence:
Strong expertise in MS Excel and data analysis for business reporting. Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., QLIK or Power BI) for insights and decision-making. Knowledge in SharePoint for collaboration and document management. MS Application integration knowledge with SharePoint.
Business Process Knowledge:
Deep understanding of core processes: financial management, sales, purchasing, and inventory management in the retail business/ super market/ Hyper markets.
Networking and IT Infrastructure: (Preferred)
Experience with Cisco protocols, VLAN configuration, and IP routing. Ability to manage the networking and troubleshoot in IT infrastructure issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in ERP and e-commerce systems management, preferably in a retail/hypermarket setting. Experience in preparing SOPs. Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365, LS Retail, and Magento platforms. Strong programming background in VB.net, PHP, Java, with API integration experience. Experience in DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and GIT, TFS. Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive operational excellence.
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with networking technologies, VLAN, Cisco protocols, and troubleshooting. Advanced knowledge of BI tools for strategic reporting and analytics. Familiarity with SharePoint for collaboration and data management and analytics.
